Context Relevant cares about your privacy.  On the site, you may choose to submit your personal information to request information or contact someone at Context Relevant. The submission forms requires you to provide us with contact information (such as your name and e-mail address), and may ask for other optional information (such as phone number and contact preferences). We use the contact information from these forms to send you information about our company, as well as to contact you when necessary.  We will not provide this information to any third party, except as noted below.

We do not collect any other personal information from you.  We may use your Internet protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our server, as well as to administer our site. However, we do not link this information to users’ personal information.

As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets, and, depending upon the transaction, your personally identifiable information may be one of the transferred assets. In the event that we are acquired by another company, your personal information may be part of the assets transferred to the acquiring party.

5.      NO UNSOLICITED RESUMES

We do not accept unsolicited resumes, CVs or applications. Please do not submit such materials to Context Relevant.  If, despite this request, you submit an unsolicited resume, CV or application to us, we will not review or consider it.

Context Relevant and its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, or new product names. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, suggestions or other works (“submissions”) in any form to us or any of our employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when our products or strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to us. 9.         GENERAL INFORMATION

The terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Context Relevant and govern your use of the site.

By accessing the site you agree that the statutes and laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this site, and you further agree that any litigation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Washington, USA.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the site does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these terms to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Site remain in full force and effect.
